(“Bigfoot”) and the content and services contained therein. The access to this Portal or its use by the User necessarily implies, and without reservation, the submission and acceptance of the Access Conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that the user reads them carefully and thoroughly each time he/she wants to enter the Bigfoot website.
- ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL.
The User accesses the Portal under his/her own responsibility. The contents and services have the exclusive purpose of spreading information about the activities developed by Bigfoot.
Bigfoot will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents and services included in its Website are accurate and up to date. However, Bigfoot is not in a position to guarantee this at all times.
The mere access to the Portal does not imply, in itself, the establishment of any kind of commercial link or relationship between Bigfoot and the User, except when the appropriate means have been established and the User has previously complied with the requirements, if any.
If for the use, provision and/or contracting of any product or service offered through the Portal, the User should proceed to its registration, the User will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information, guaranteeing the authenticity of all data entered when filling in the pre-established forms to access the products or services in question.
The User shall be entirely responsible for the access and correct use of the Portal, subject to the laws in force in Spain, as well as to the principles of good faith, morality and public order, and with the commitment to diligently observe any additional instructions that may be given by Bigfoot in relation to such use and access.
Bigfoot will not assume any responsibility, whether direct or indirect, arising from the misuse of the Portal or its contents by the User, assuming in any case, under its sole responsibility, the consequences, damages or actions that may arise from their access or use of the Portal or the contents hosted, as well as its reproduction or communication.

The modifications will be applicable at the time they are published.

All the contents that are shown in the Portal and especially, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, commercial names, trademarks, industrial drawings or any other signs susceptible of industrial and commercial use are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights of Bigfoot or third parties who have duly authorized their inclusion in the Portal.
In no case shall it be understood that any license is granted or any waiver, transmission, total or partial assignment of such rights is made or any right or expectation of right is conferred, and in particular, of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of such content without the prior express authorization of Bigfoot or the corresponding owners.
6.1 Links from the Portal to other websites.
Bigfoot may provide links, directly or indirectly, to Internet resources or web pages outside the Portal. The presence of these links on the Portal is for information purposes only and in no case constitutes an invitation to contract products and/or services offered or to be offered on the destination web pages, nor does it imply the existence of a link or commercial relationship or dependence on Bigfoot, the owner of the linked web page. In these cases, Bigfoot will not be responsible for establishing the general and particular conditions to be taken into account when using, providing or contracting these services by third parties and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for them
6.2 Links from other websites to the Portal.
If any User, entity or web page wishes to establish any type of link to the Portal, the following requirements must be observed:
- You must obtain Bigfoot’s prior, express, written authorization.
- The link may only be directed to the home page of the Portal, unless otherwise expressly authorised.
- The link must be absolute and complete, that is to say, it must take the User, by means of a click, to the home page and must cover the entire length of the screen of the home page of the Portal. Under no circumstances, unless Bigfoot authorizes otherwise, may the website from which the link is made reproduce, in any way the Portal, include it as part of its website or within one of its frames or create a browser on any of the pages of the Portal.
- On the website from which the link is established, you may not declare in any way that Bigfoot has authorized such a link, unless it has done so. If the entity that links from its web page to the Portal correctly wishes to include the brand, name, commercial name, sign, logo, or any other identifying sign of Bigfoot and/or the Portal in its web page, it must have the prior, express and written authorization of Bigfoot.
Whenever it is necessary for the User to register or provide personal data, he will be warned, as appropriate, of this need.
- DURATION AND MODIFICATION.
Bigfoot reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice and / or the particular conditions that, where appropriate, have been established for the use and / or contracting of products or services provided through the Portal, when it deems it appropriate to adapt to the effects of legislative changes, business and / or technology, being valid and its effects from its publication on the Portal.
The temporary validity of these conditions of use coincides, therefore, with the time of their exposure, until they are totally or partially modified, at which time the modified texts will become effective.
Bigfoot may terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time without prior notice, access to the contents of the Portal, without the possibility for the User to demand any compensation. After such termination, the prohibitions on the use of the contents, set out in this Legal Notice, will continue to apply.
Any communication between Bigfoot and the User must be addressed to Bigfoot at the above address and/or e-mail address. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of this Legal Notice and the particular conditions that may be established with respect to the products or services offered on the Portal, the provisions of the particular conditions shall prevail.
In the event that any provision or provisions of this Legal Notice shall be considered null and void or inapplicable, in whole or in part, by any court, tribunal or competent administrative body, such nullity or inapplicability shall not affect the other provisions of this Legal Notice or the specific conditions that may have been established.
Bigfoot’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by Bigfoot.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS.
This Legal Notice and the relations established between Bigfoot and the User, in particular the knowledge and resolution of any disputes, discrepancies or differences that may arise, shall be governed by and resolved in accordance with the provisions of Spanish law relating to applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
However, for cases in which the law provides the possibility for the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, Bigfoot and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, shall submit any disputes and / or litigation to the knowledge of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of the domicile of Bigfoot provided in this Legal Notice.
